I provide fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to busy individuals that value sustainable change over quick fixes or gimmicks. My mission is to help you BUILD a foundation of habits that allow you to not only reach your health, wellness and performance goals but maintain them for a lifetime. In my 10+ years of education and experience in the field, I have learned that achieving these goals requires a holistic approach that explores options for movement, nourishment and lifestyle modifications. The #1 predictor of long term progress is consistency over time and I know that having a coach to guide you through this process is crucial to your success. Services offered

Fitness Coaching

Private In-home or In-Office Personal Training - this concierge training service is for anyone who needs the accountability of a personal training appointment as well as the structure of a professional, individualized program in order to reach their health and fitness goals. All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Small Group Training - this option is for any group of 4-8 individuals who live or work together and share similar fitness goals. All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Individualized Online Fitness Programming - this option is for anyone who has access to a gym or home gym equipment and has the time and motivation to show up but needs help structuring a program that will actually help them reach their goals. Programming is delivered through TrueCoach, an online format accessible through an app, and is complete with videos, exercise descriptions and prescribed reps, sets and rest protocols designed specifically for you.

NEW! Hybrid Training Options -

1:1 In Person Hybrid Training - includes 1x 60 minute personal training session delivered in your home OR via Zoom/Facetime per week, as well as supplemental individualized online programming to be performed on your own.

 

Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching

Nutrition Coaching Membership - this option is for anyone who feels like they need help overhauling their nutrition and lifestyle in order to reach their goals. My coaching strategy involves applying small, strategic behavior modifications one at a time that accumulate to help you form foundational wellness habits that are crucial to achieving optimal health, as well as elevated body composition and performance goals. I utilize a platform called ProCoach, developed by Precision Nutrition, to deliver all coaching. As a client, you will access your daily practices and supplemental resources, submit food journal entries and message me directly all through the ProCoach app. All new clients begin by filling out an extensive intake questionnaire, followed by a kickoff call. After that, our communication will take place through the ProCoach app until we decide it’s time for a check in call to be scheduled. This option utilizes a membership model, meaning that you are billed on the same day each month, until you feel you are ready to discontinue.

 

Corporate Wellness

Virtual Lunch & Learns - available in 30 or 45 minute formats, these are customizable presentations on a wellness topic of interest at your organization delivered virtually so that your teams can participate whether in office or working from home!

Employee Nutrition Coaching - available for smaller companies looking to provide fully funded or partially subsidized nutrition coaching for their employees. Please reach out directly for details.

I have been working out virtually with Jackie for about two months now. I am doing the hybrid program which is working out with Jackie via Zoom in my living room once a week, plus online programming that she sets up for me in the app. I wanted to get back into shape after an injury plus Covid keeping me very ‘inactive’ for months.

She was able to create my workouts with the very limited equipment I have at home. Each exercise has a video (of Jackie!) showing you how to do the move so its very easy to follow along. She also took into account my recent injury when creating my workouts.
The Zoom workout with Jackie is fun, I feel like she knows my living room better than me now! We use my coffee table, storage bench, and couch for workouts. I feel so much better after 2 months, clothes are fitting better and I’m down in weight.

My favorite thing about doing the virtual program is that I can sign off work at 5:00pm, start my workout at 5:05, and be done by 6pm. There is NO traffic, commuting to the gym etc! Such a time saver!

I’ve done the program for 8 weeks and I can’t get enough, I feel stronger, leaner and more energetic.
